Job Description:

This is a senior electrical engineering position within Ghobash Group, focused on overseeing and delivering electrical projects from conception to completion.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing electrical design and estimation for large-scale projects, with a strong understanding of business issues and project management principles. They must also be able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading electrical design and estimation teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Developing and implementing effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 03 years' experience in EPC contracting companies or OEMs in the oil & gas, power, and utilities sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and contract conditions applicable to the procurement of various types of goods and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage change control processes, monitor and forecast project progress, and ensure effective information management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on ADNOC brownfield projects, particularly in the replacement of switchgears in the oil and gas industry, is highly desirable.
