Job Description

Avoid cultural disparities in your role as a Senior Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist at TotalEnergies, where you will be responsible for ensuring that the Company's norms are implemented in the MEA region. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including GRP, business departments, internal control, legal, and external resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct due diligence on JV partners to assess compliance risks and integrity concerns.
- Establish and monitor compliance controls within JVs, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and financial regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and following up on remedial actions to ensure they are effectively implemented to prevent recurrence. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact for internal inquiries regarding compliance in dealings with public officials. Your expertise in relevant laws and regulations, public administration, process procedures, and process engineering will be highly valued in this position.
