We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee our company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing management reports, and contributing to strategic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Monitor payroll, invoicing, and other financial activities to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular management reports that provide actionable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Data Insights: Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling to support senior leadership in making informed decisions.
  • Project Support: Provide project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
