We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for large-scale projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, in accordance with UAE regulations and company guidelines
- Review and approve construction drawings, technical submittals, and change orders
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Prepare and present progress reports, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Marine construction engineering, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects
- Valid UAE Driving License
