Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Provide high-quality primary healthcare to patients, including diagnosing and treating common medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
- Health Screenings: Conduct routine health checkups, screenings, and preventive health counselling.
- Treatment Plans: Develop, implement, and follow up on treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Patient Education: Advise patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions.
- Referrals: Refer patients to specialists as necessary and ensure smooth coordination of care.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and confidentiality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including nurses, specialists, and support staff.
- Emergency Care: Provide emergency medical services as needed and stabilize patients for further treatment if required.
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent): Recognized by the UAE Health Authority (HAAD/DHA/MOH).
- Family Medicine Board Certification: Must have formal training and certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.
- Experience: At least 3 years of postgraduate experience in Family Medicine, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.
- Licensing: Valid and current license to practice in the UAE (HAAD/DHA/MOH) or eligibility to obtain a UAE medical license.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Patient-Centered Approach: Ability to establish a strong rapport with patients and offer personalized care.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with diverse populations and respect cultural differences.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment.
