This role involves driving sales of spare parts within the designated GCC territory, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Generation: Actively pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, including workshops, garages, fleet operators, and industrial clients.
- Market Knowledge & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers, and provide regular feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the spare parts being sold, and provide technical advice and support to customers on spare parts selection, installation, and maintenance.
- Order Management & Logistics: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers, and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
