As a Senior Finance Manager FP&A at Al-Futtaim Group, you will play a critical role in driving divisional FP&A strategy, system developments, budgeting, forecasting & reporting. This position reports directly to the GM Finance – Automotive FP&A and requires a strong understanding of finance principles and practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Divisional Strategy and Enablement
- Drive the overall FP&A strategy for the Automotive Division, develop and implement plans to achieve strategic objectives, lead the Divisional FP&A team in supporting the GM Finance and CFO, and collaborate with other divisions to align goals and objectives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for the Automotive Division, work closely with the commercial business department to ensure reliable assumptions, monitor and control operating budgets, investigate variances, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive management reports for the Automotive Division, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analyses, collaborate with the data analytics team to design and implement reporting tools, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- System Development and Implementation
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new financial systems and processes, drive system / solution development and roll-out, engage with Finance Leader within the entities, and determine and roll out best-practice methodologies w.r.t. planning and reporting.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures, monitor and report on risks and issues, and collaborate with other departments to mitigate potential risks.
