Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff on the effective use of our clinical applications.
  • Collaborate with clinical departments and other hospital staff to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our clinical projects and workflows.
  • Analyze and interpret patient data to improve clinical services and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for our applications, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new applications and updates before they are released to end-users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or relevant degree in healthcare.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in working in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong understanding of hospital clinical processes, issues, and practices.
  • Understanding of information systems and clinical applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of electronic patient record, patient administration system, outpatient/inpatient management, radiology information system, laboratory information system, pharmacy management, and/or patient billing applications.

Ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly and concisely, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
