Job Overview

We are recruiting a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our Cardiology Department at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC). As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. They will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, address patient concerns, and promote health education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Practice: Deliver high-quality patient care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery, address patient concerns, and promote effective communication.
  • Evidence-Based Practice: Stay current with best practices, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of evidence-based guidelines.
  • Education and Support: Provide patient education, support family members, and empower patients to manage their health through self-care techniques and disease management strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered nurse in a relevant setting.
  • Current national license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
