Outdoor Advertising Manager

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Advertising Manager to lead our outdoor media operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire outdoor media operations, including printing, installation, and maintenance departments, to ensure seamless campaign execution and efficient resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective workflows and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  2. Manage daily operations across printing, installation, and maintenance departments to execute media campaigns efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to align operations with business objectives.
  4. Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
Campaign Planning & Execution
  1. Plan, schedule, and supervise all outdoor media installations and maintenance activities.
  2. Ensure timely execution of media placements, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to prevent disruptions.
Team Leadership & Development
  1. Lead and manage department heads and operational teams, ensuring accountability and performance optimization.
  2. Provide training, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members.
  3. Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
  1. Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  2. Implement and enforce health & safety procedures in all operations.
Process Improvement & Reporting
  1. Continuously analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Generate and present operational reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in media operations, outdoor advertising, or signage industry.
  • Proven experience in handling printing, installation, and maintenance teams within media operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational software and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards is beneficial.
