Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our recruitment efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with department heads, determining manpower needs, and managing sourcing processes. You will also devise, run, and evaluate selection processes, advise hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection, and conduct job analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish working relationships with department heads to determine manpower needs and manage sourcing processes for all departments/branches/divisions.
- Devise, run, and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric and behavioral assessments.
- Advise hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
- Conduct job analysis process, resulting in revised role profiles for all positions.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns, strategically targeting specific candidate pools.
- Screen application forms and shortlist applicants.
- Source and manage all aspects of recruitment sub-contractors (contracts, candidate management, payments, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers' interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
- Maintain and manage recruitment database, systems, and software with specific focus on recruitment pipeline for all prospects and candidates.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the recruitment targets to achieve recruitment KPIs for the different business units.
- Manage all recruitment service providers and agencies.
- Ensure the most effective and appropriate sourcing methods (e.g., search, contingencies, advertisements, etc.).
Salary Range: AED 5,000-8,000
