Role Summary
We are looking for a DC Data Sr. Coordinator to join the team at Delivery Hero. As a key member, you will focus on growing our own DC tMart to manage full operations DC Process by implementing commercial & demand requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage system tasks and documentation within the warehouse.
• Act as a key user of all WH systems with admin access to various features.
• Organize, plan, and generate picklists for DC operators and supervisors.
• Prepare shipment-related documents for transportation teams.
• Create and manage suppliers' returns.
• Open, edit, and close system-related tasks.
• Manage receiving-related documents and reflect them in the system.
• Arrange stock takes and cycle counts with ICs and DC supervisors.
• Communicate with head office teams on regular reports and system matters.
• Coordinate with stakeholders: DC operations team, logistics specialists, inventory controllers, finance, and head office.
Requirements:
• No specific industry background required, but warehousing experience is preferred.
• Technical mastery of systems is essential.
• Previous knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) is a plus.
• Strong organization and structuring skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
