MENA Recruit Pty Ltd requires an experienced bilingual corporate transactional paralegal to join our team in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with both English and Arabic languages and contribute to the success of our US law firm.

Key Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing board resolutions and powers of attorney;
  • Reviewing translation service provider mark-ups;
  • Liaising with Government authorities in-person, by phone & by email in Arabic;
  • Running CP processes, finalising documents for execution and arranging signature pages (transactions), following up for originals and assisting with the preparation of closing bible;
  • Carrying out notarisation processes with private notary (including preparing underlying documents, making amendments pursuant to notary recommendations in both English and Arabic).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong document management / CP skills;
  • Excellent word processing / formatting skills;
  • Strong attention to detail for proof reading tasks;
  • Previous transactional experience (not just litigious) is essential;
  • General understanding of legal review of documents, including how defined terms work and the interpretation section.
