Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and administration. You will work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support and coordinate sales activities, handle customer inquiries, and prepare quotations for clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, and event-related tasks.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Preparing and sending quotations to clients, following up on leads to support conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, and event-related tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), outstanding relationship building and people skills, good mathematical skills, organizational skills, and fluency in English. Additional language skills are considered an advantage. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
