Job Description
At Bybit Sharjah, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and risk management, with the ability to implement best practices and develop effective internal audit policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk through regular audits and assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective internal audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
  • Manage resources and audit assignments to ensure timely completion of audits and reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc investigations into identified or reported risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
