Marketing Role

AL HADAF TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is seeking a skilled digital marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and user engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry (minimum 4 years).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).
  • A strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.
  • Creative thinking and a strong ability to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
