We are seeking an Executive Pastry Chef and Culinary Operations Director to join our team at Minor Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our pastry offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items, manage inventory and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
