Key Responsibilities:

  5. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts, accountants, and other support staff.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, senior management, and external auditors.
  8. Business Development: Support business development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  9. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
  10. Compliance Officer: Act as the Compliance Officer for the Middle East region, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. University Degree: A university degree in Financial Management or a related field.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in a senior finance role, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  3. Skills: Excellent financial management skills, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong leadership and management skills, including team management and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally outside of it as required.
