Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide timely and reliable financial information to support decision-making. Your attention to detail and understanding of international accounting principles will be essential in maintaining precise and transparent financial records.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records ensuring compliance with international accounting principles
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements providing timely and reliable financial information to support decision-making
* Ensure compliance with local tax regulations including preparation and submission of tax returns and supporting documentation
* Review of MIS of Group companies and providing feedback and direct reporting to Financial Controller
* VAT compliance reporting and reconciliations

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent field
* Pursuing qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, or ACCA
* Preferred minimum of 2-3 years relevant accounting experience (candidates with 2 to 3 years experience in a Big 4 Audit Firm are at an advantage)
* In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and proficiency in applying them to financial operations
