About the Role:

A Field Marketing Specialist is required to create and execute innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This role involves planning and executing field marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize outreach strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement field marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize campaign impact.
  • Collect and analyze market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in field marketing, event management, or sales enablement.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing campaign effectiveness.
