Job Description

To be responsible for post-production of digital images to enhance and color grade, create matte painting backgrounds for animation and interior presentations.

Key aspects of this role include thorough knowledge and compliance with architects' define and set procedures and standards, contributing or assisting as required by the Senior Architects to understand concepts and initial design intent, and applying this into a graphic representation.

This may involve reproducing the designer's concept into a graphic form, or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent ideas in a graphic form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery.
  2. Develop and maintain a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.
  3. Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.
  4. Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing, and retouching operations on 3D renderings.
Requirements:
  1. A Diploma or Higher Degree in Interior Design/Architecture, or equivalent from an accredited University or Technical School.
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years industry experience in high-end corporate design, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
  3. Ability to sketch or work with AutoCAD, 3D visualization in SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Vray, and Lumion Realistic Rendering/Animation & Adobe Photoshop.
