We are seeking an Insurance Solutions Expert to join our FINPRO division at MARSH & MCLENNAN COMPANIES (MMC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing insurance and risk solutions to commercial clients in the MENA region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in financial and professional lines products to lead our sales efforts in the MENA market. You will be responsible for engaging with retail teams, providing strategic input on sales and planning processes, collecting risk information, and presenting terms and comparative analysis to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant college or university degree, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance, preferably in broking.
  • Strong technical knowledge of reinsurance products, including directors and officers liability, professional indemnity, and commercial crime.
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
  • Growth mindset with a sales focus and strong work ethics.

You will also have:

  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability.
