Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Concierge team at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, overseeing departmental operations, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee porch and luggage services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maximizing guest satisfaction, and adhering to standards to avoid delays, loss, or damage.
  • Ensure all guest-related information is up-to-date, including details about restaurants, bars, airlines, shopping malls, and hotel facilities.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise department employees, ensuring adherence to standards and methods outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
  • Manage departmental expenses within budgetary constraints.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Fluent in English and an additional international language is a plus.
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, or any other relevant field.
