Main Responsibilities- Deliver personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee porch and luggage services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maximizing guest satisfaction, and adhering to standards to avoid delays, loss, or damage.
- Ensure all guest-related information is up-to-date, including details about restaurants, bars, airlines, shopping malls, and hotel facilities.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise department employees, ensuring adherence to standards and methods outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
- Manage departmental expenses within budgetary constraints.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have:
- Several years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Fluent in English and an additional international language is a plus.
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Advanced).
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, or any other relevant field.
