Department Overview:

Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to facilitate effective communication between the organization and governmental entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
  • Manage legal documentation and administrative paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and governmental authorities, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Conduct visits to relevant government offices and free zones.
  • Provide efficient services for various governmental tasks, including employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, and business licenses, while staying updated on regulatory changes.
  • Deliver documents to clients and collect payments as necessary.
  • Execute procurement activities in compliance with company policies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Compliance-Related Duties:
  • Follow documented procedures and maintain evidence of compliance in performing duties.
  • Exercise due diligence regarding health and safety responsibilities, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.


Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the aviation sector.

Skills:
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
