We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Petrofac Emirates. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of construction professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects to ensure they are delivered safely and efficiently.

  • Commercial Management: Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in direct hire construction with an international E&C company.
  • Industry Experience: 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Education: Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
