As a key member of the Trib3 sharjah team, the Studio Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
Key Performance Areas:- Strategic Planning: Analyze and evaluate existing strategies, policies, and procedures, and reform them with the help of executives and staff.
- Training and Development: Create new training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts and sit in on interviews with potential hires, ensuring the best talent is brought on board.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise junior and senior staff, scheduling regular meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.
- Culture and Compliance: Contribute to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunity, ensuring compliance with government regulations and public policies.
- Team Building and Incentives: Assist with the organization of team-building and staff development activities, brainstorming and implementing incentives that increase staff morale and productivity.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as an excellent brand ambassador at all times, representing Trib3 sharjah in a professional and positive manner.
