The organization is looking for a Head of Treasury Management to lead their finance department. Key responsibilities include financial accounting and controls, budgets and performance management, and banking and treasury functions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably in the insurance industry, with at least 10 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant. They will be responsible for managing a team and reporting to the MD.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire their team. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Requirements:
