About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team at the New Development Bank. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a critical role in driving the Bank's strategic goals and objectives through effective workforce management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Organizational Design and Development: Design and implement optimal organizational structures that promote clear reporting lines, decision-making processes, and efficient information flow.

  6. Retention Strategy: Develop a retention strategy to increase employee retention rates and productivity, and streamline operational processes to accelerate the rollout of bank processes.
Requirements

Qualifications: Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a relevant field from a recognized university. Relevant certification/s from globally recognized certification agencies in the related field would be preferred.

Experience: At least 8 years of relevant HR work experience in a multilateral development bank, international development sector, or private sector. In-depth experience in Organisational Design and Development, with good communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in an engaging way.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, with MS Excel and HR systems (SAP HR desirable). Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing management and other stakeholders on HR matters, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
