Position Details

Key Responsibilities
Oversee SEC and state regulatory submissions for a portfolio of over 1,000 active hedge funds, commodity pools, and private equity funds.

Engage in daily communication with clients to address sales management and regulatory filing requirements.

Collaborate closely with attorneys to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions.

Manage and assist clients with the proprietary compliance website.

Review fund offering documents to prepare SEC and state regulatory filings.

Draft and submit SEC documents and compliance notices.

Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in a large law firm or hedge fund environment.

Familiarity with hedge funds, offering documents, and SEC regulations.

Proficient in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
