Job Overview

As an Application Solutions Consultant, your primary focus will be on pre-sales and solution design, working closely with sales teams and prospective clients to craft tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives and leveraging our company's applications.

You will be responsible for engaging in due diligence with clients to grasp their business and technical challenges, mapping our products to their challenges as business enablement solutions, and contributing to closing deals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Foster relationships with potential clients to comprehend their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis and align client requirements with the capabilities of our applications.
  • Product Mastery:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the features, functionalities, and benefits of our applications.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to our applications.
  • Solution Development:
    • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create customized solutions meeting client requirements.
    • Present compelling product demonstrations showcasing the application's capabilities and benefits.
  • Proposal Crafting:
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop and customize proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
    • Articulate the value proposition of our applications and address client concerns.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions addressing client inquiries on application architecture, integration capabilities, and scalability.
    • Collaborate with the technical support and development teams for a comprehensive understanding of technical aspects.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct competitive analysis identifying strengths and weaknesses of our applications compared to competitors.
    • Effectively position our applications against competing solutions in the market.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback Gathering:
