**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue growth in the Aviation Industry.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to drive business growth.
  • Oversee tasks such as team management, meeting coordination, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Source and procure high-quality aircraft and helicopter parts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of NSN, NIIN, and MIL specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date on import and export rules and regulations, as well as Hazmat, Shelf Life, and Dangerous Goods understanding.
  • Ensure compliance with business policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manage procurement and invoicing processes, including PO payment terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong reporting skills, including knowledge of ERP systems and timely updates.
  • Accountable for commitments and productivity.
  • Analyze statistical data to determine prospects and establish price objectives.
  • Consult with suppliers to analyze operations and determine lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and deadlines.
  • Evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, recommend suppliers, and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Follow-up End-to-End process of Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Develop and manage a team, ensuring support to accounts on payment collections beyond credit limits.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Aviation or AME.
  • Experience in Aviation Industry Sales and Procurement.
  • Detail and result-oriented towards individual and team performance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer functional skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP module.
  • Organized and able to effectively evaluate and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
