Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of property sales, purchase, rentals, and development to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, hire, and train a team of brokers to achieve sales targets and objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads, staying abreast of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Negotiation and Compliance: Negotiate and finalize sale, purchase, and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai.
  • A valid RERA Brokerage License.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a plus.
  • A valid UAE driving license.
  • Preferably European nationalities.
