Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and offering information on promotions, room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, managing cash handling procedures and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • IDentify corporate leads and build long-term relationships, driving online name mentions and promoting customer feedback.
  • Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement, carrying out general office duties including correspondence, emails, and filing to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

Requirements:

  • A customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team, proactive and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests, a minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department of a hotel.
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS) and Arabic language speaking, writing, and reading skills.
