We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping and Urban Planning Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our project portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design, development, and delivery of landscape, public realm, and open space designs, ensuring they meet our high standards for functionality, aesthetics, and environmental sustainability.
- Necessary qualifications and experience:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field is required.
- 10-12 years of experience in real estate design & development, managing large projects, is necessary for this position.
- A proven track record of GCC or UAE experience is essential.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing the design, development, and delivery of landscape, public realm, and open space designs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate landscape design into project plans.
