We are looking for a Front Office Service Expert to join our team at Anantara [Location]. As a key representative of the hotel, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable experiences, and representing the Anantara brand with pride.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and orient guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Provide personalized recommendations for activities, dining, and spa treatments, taking into account guests' interests and preferences.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service quality and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel events, promotions, and services to effectively communicate these to guests.
Requirements
- A strong focus on customer service with experience in luxury hotels.
- Prior experience in front office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Computer skills in MS Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Problem resolution skills.
