We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Soft Service Manager to join our team at Facilico Facilities Management. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of our soft services, while also driving team performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations within the company, ensuring that all services are executed on time and in line with agreed service levels.
- Manage and supervise different disciplines of in-house and outsourced staff, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Act as a first point of contact for service complaints, handling issues hands-on and reporting to senior management for further action when necessary.
- Coach supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving team performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational training programs, deploying staff effectively to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as instructed by senior management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in soft services, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision.
- Experience in supervising cleaning staff, ideally within a facilities management context.
- A valid UAE Driving License.
