Abroad Work is seeking a General Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will perform general accounting activities, including reconciliations, coordination of annual audits, and analysis of financial reports.
\Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits, as well as analyzing financial reports and providing support as necessary.
- Manage accounts payable, improve systems and procedures, initiate corrective action, and ensure tax compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing accounting tasks in a real estate or investment company.
- Strong knowledge in finalization, consolidation, and filing of quarterly VAT.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; Master's in Business or CA, CPA preferred.
- Proficient in English.
