**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Taxation to join our team at ALDAR. As Assistant Vice President - Tax, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items in intercompany and related party reconciliations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive corporate tax strategies
  • Maintaining controls by adhering to the accounting department's policies and procedures
  • Supervising the preparation of annual corporate income tax returns and/or reviewing tax returns

**Requirements**

  • 10+ years of experience in financial accounting and management accounting
  • Extensive knowledge of GCC and international tax legislations
  • Good analytical skills and strong communication skills

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Tax or related fields
  • A professional accounting qualification e.g. CPA or CTA is preferred
