At Jones Engineering Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cost and commercial leadership team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of pre and post-contract services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of pre and post-contract services, including the management and update of project budgets.
  • Manage and update project budgets, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Provide pre-contract cost management, including the preparation and presentation of cost plans for various work stages, including pre-tender estimates for mega schemes.
  • Advise on project construction costs, risks, and contingencies, as well as construction inflation.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts in line with development master schedules.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops with clients and design consultants, advising on the cost of various design alternatives.
  • Review detailed quantity measurements and BOQs compilation in accordance with approved methods of measurement.
