Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet client objectives
  • Ensure all designs are well-researched, practical, and responsive to client needs
  • Present design concepts and progress to clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee major projects, providing design and technical leadership
  • Manage project finances and resources efficiently
  • Mentor staff to achieve their full potential

Requirements

  1. Master's degree in architecture or related field
  2. 20+ years of experience in architectural design
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  4. A strong portfolio of high-end projects
  5. Experience working in international architectural design practices
  6. Knowledge of BIM and other design technologies
  7. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
