As a Compliance and Hygiene Manager at ALFAHIM, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our food production, storage, and service operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing food safety standards, developing and implementing sanitation programs, and conducting regular inspections to identify areas of non-compliance.

You will also provide training and guidance to EDFC staff members on cleanliness and sanitation practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce food safety standards based on set policies and authority guidelines.
  • Develop and implement periodic sanitation programs to ensure reduction of hazards in storage facilities and operational areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and initiate corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to EDFC staff members on cleanliness and sanitation practices.

Requirements:

Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
