Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Cost Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating costs for interior fit-out projects, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with various departments to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates and project costs.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
