Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF optimization in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of wireless network technologies, including GSM, UMTS, and LTE.
  • Experience with network optimization tools such as TEMS, Nemo, and Actix.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed to support network optimization efforts.
