The Client of Talentmate is looking for a highly skilled Legal and Compliance Professional to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs. This key role involves providing strategic advice on compliance matters, reviewing legal documents, and collaborating with senior management to ensure seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance to senior management and employees on critical legal and regulatory issues affecting business operations.
  • Review and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with external authorities, government agencies, and legal advisors on compliance matters.
  • Design and conduct training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and legal requirements.
  • Investigate reported compliance violations and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Manage accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field; a legal certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, industry regulations, and corporate compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance projects effectively.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
