Company Overview

The Innovation Group Dubai is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our transportation operations. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and Maintenance: Oversees the purchasing and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Lease or Buy Decisions: Makes informed decisions regarding whether to lease or buy vehicles, considering factors such as cost, fuel efficiency, and maintenance requirements.
  • Driver Recruitment: Assists in recruiting and hiring quality drivers who can meet the company's standards.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Develops efficient driver schedules to maximize profits and minimize downtime.
  • Vehicle Registration and Licensing: Registers and licenses all vehicles under their management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Cost Savings and Fuel Efficiency: Identifies opportunities to cut costs and improve fuel efficiency, implementing strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Maintenance Records: Maintains detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection, ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained and operational at all times.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures that all fleet operations comply with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling: Schedules regular vehicle maintenance to prevent breakdowns and maintain schedules.
  • Driver Monitoring: Monitors driver behavior to ensure a high level of customer service and minimizes the risk of accidents.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and increase business operational efficiency.
  • GPS Tracking: Utilizes GPS systems to track vehicles and monitor drivers' behavior in real-time, ensuring that vehicles are used efficiently and safely.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations.
