Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Trading Strategies: Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies through algorithmic strategies, including Market Making and High-Frequency Trading approaches.
  • Monitor and Optimize Trading Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize trading performance by implementing real-time adjustments to algorithm configurations based on strategy, including delta 1 and options.
  • Control and Report Risk: Control and report risk, PnL, and other key metrics to ensure the success of our trading business.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations of the trading business, including development, infrastructure, and support functions.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties, and market participants to ensure seamless trading operations.
  • Provide Market Insights: Provide regular updates on trading performance and market conditions to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in the Chinese and Indian trading markets (5+ years).
  • Financial Institution Experience: Work experience in a financial institution with an active trading presence in China and India.
  • Derivatives Expertise: Experience working with Delta1 products and derivatives.
  • Professional Network: Having a confirmed professional network and a good reputation in the market.
  • Market Understanding: Understanding of market structure, regulations, and current opportunities.
