Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Transmission Line Design Manager to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and management of transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to minimize risks and ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in transmission line design and project management in the electrical engineering industry.
  • Previous experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers and project managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
