About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Performance Manager to join our Amazon team. As a key member of our MENATR 3P team, you will be responsible for driving compliance and performance initiatives across three verticals: Seller Registration, Seller Compliance, and Account Health Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and Amazon's business objectives.
  • Performance Improvement: Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to enhance seller performance and account health.
  • Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day functions of the compliance program, including regulatory reporting and oversight of business-owned controls.
  • Policy Development and Maintenance: Manage and maintain the policy library and risk measurement mechanisms that form the basis of compliance programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports for senior management and business leaders with timely and actionable intelligence concerning the health of compliance programs.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
