About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join Global Trade Plaza as a Regional Sales Director and take charge of our commercial strategy in the MENA region. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the commercial strategy for the patch, which centers around our innovative programmatic products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering seamlessly integrated solutions and innovative proposals that fully leverage MiQ's capabilities
• Working closely with the MD of MENA to forecast and achieve targets while driving the strategic accounts initiative across the region
• Consistently achieving regional and personal sales targets, delivering business updates from your patch on a regular basis
• Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts that feed into the overall MiQ forecasting & reporting process

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in programmatic sales
• Well-established senior-level agency connections across key regional agencies
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive change
• Deep knowledge of agency dynamics and ways of working
• Expert comprehension of the programmatic ecosystem
• Consultative approach to building relationships, critical thinking and problem-solving
• Commercial mindset and acumen
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized in managing time and workload to meet business priorities
• Aligned with Global Trade Plaza's core values
