Job Title: TAR Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled TAR Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing turnarounds, utilizing their expertise in scheduling and coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement turnaround plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
  • Provide expert advice on scheduling and coordination, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, milestones, and resource utilization.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Requirements:

  • P6 training and extensive experience in planning and executing turnarounds.
  • Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in SAP, IMPRESS, and PRIMAVERA, with experience in scheduling and coordination software.
